The OASIS Holding Company acquired 75% of shares in Gulf Steel Company, which as industrial license for production of approximately 50 thousand tons of rebar per year in all size. It is anticipated to start the factory construction at the beginning of 2016 and production will commence after one year from construction. The Company is currently in the process of procuring all licenses and final approvals from governmental authorities to start the factory construction.
