OASIS HOLDING GROUP acquire stocks in Kuwaiti or foreign shareholding companies as well as acquisition of stocks or shares in Kuwaiti or foreign companies with limited liability or participation in the incorporation, management of and lending money to such two types of companies and guaranteeing them with third parties; We Lend money to the companies in which it holds stocks and guarantee them with third parties.  In such case, the holding company’s share of the capital of the borrower company shall not be less than 20%; we Acquire industrial property rights including patents, trademarks, industrial marks, industrial drawings or any other rights related thereto and leasing the same to other companies for utilization inside or outside Kuwait;   

 

We Acquire necessary movable and immovable properties for carrying on its business to the extent permitted by the law; and also Utilize the financial surpluses available with the company through investing the same in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities. The Company shall carry on the above mentioned business activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad in principal capacity or through agency. 

 

The company is currently engaged in oil and gas industry, industrial, contracting and construction sector. The Company is in the process of exporting further opportunities in other sectors such as IT, real estate and university education sectors.
